Genevafontein is located in George in the Western Cape, at the foothills of the majestic Outeniqua Mountains. Situated in picturesque surroundings on a North facing slope giving all units optimal use of the sun in summer and winter. The climate can be unpredictable at times, but seldom severe. George has a mild climate all year round and is famous for its long summer days.
Genevafontein was developed as a sectional title complex and consists of 91 two and three bedroom units and a fully staffed l8 bed Frail Care Centre. Completed in 1987, Genevafontein is today, a constituted, developed, established and financially sound entity - offering excellent investment returns. Full title is vested in owners with the right to bequeath, sell or rent.
Genevafontein is governed by a board of trustees, elected annually by the Body Corporate. A full-time manager and supporting staff are responsible for the smooth running and ongoing maintenance of the estate.
