UNIT SALES AND RENTALS

All units are privately owned but some are available for rental to approved tenants as arranged through the Genevafontein Office. Information about units for sale and offers to purchase are arranged through the Office.  There is an endowment scheme where a portion of the price realised for any unit sold must be paid into the Genevafontein Capital Account.
